Now as you know I can’t turn off my marketers brain so when I opened the box and put the chair together I couldn’t help but notice a fantastic marketing partnership that put a complimentary product right in front of my eyes when it was most relevant.

- They made you feel confident in using it (easy instructions)
- They showed you where to buy it
- They had the guts to approach another company with their offer (the most important of all)
