In his mid-twenties, Michael Halligan is youthful, energetic and full of ambition and drive. He formed Engage Marketing in order to be his own boss. A big believer in work/life balance, Michael believes in working hard for his clients so that he can enjoy his downtime all the more.

As Managing Director, Michael is the business’s account manager and clients’ point of contact. His enthusiasm for marketing and entrepreneurship illustrates his creativity and his sociable character equips him well to work with clients.
Back in the beginning of Michael’s career, his participation in RMIT University’s highly regarded Entrepreneurship program exposed him to some of the country’s brightest marketing minds. Since then he has gained experience in a number of corporate ventures and developed the unique, growth-focused perspective that he now applies at Engage.
In his downtime, Michael hones his competitive edge on the soccer field, playing for his club Lilydale Eagles and barracks hard for the Swannies in the AFL. Partial to a beer and a hearty meal to go with his sport, he is a firm believer in work/life balance.
